SAFETY and TRAINING

All operatives are dedicated to safe working practices and client satisfaction, receiving on and off the job training in practical and health and safety matters relevant to their function, capabilities and experience. Further to this, a structured training program has been formulated with additional health and safety and task specific training being provided in-house and from external providers, including product manufacturers and specialised training organisations.

Operatives have achieved competence certification in Confined Spaces, Elevated Work Platforms, Basic First Aid, Basic Fire Safety and Chemical Handling and have completed the General Safety Induction for the Construction Industry. All operatives and supervisors are either directly employed or retained under long term sub-contract arrangements, ensuring continuity of experience and capability for all of the services we offer.
